Interested in joining the Olympia Little Theatre's Board of Trustees?
What it takes to be a Trustee:
- Board Members act as staff of the theater and commit about 10 hours each month to working in an area of theatre not directly related to a production; such as, publicity, ticketing, house managing, facility maintenance, bookkeeping, 501(c)3 compliance, fundraising & committee work.
- Regular attendance at Board of Trustees Meetings on the first Monday evening of each month.
- Awareness of the provisions of the Washington Non-Profit Corporatons Act, the OLT By-laws & Operating Rules.
- Current OLT membership.
- First year trustees serve one-year terms, subsequent terms are 2-3 years.
